Discovery sessions are perfect way to understand at an early stage whether there is a good fit between functionality and capabilities we can offer and your requirements and objectives.
Our discovery sessions are led by senior consultants and play an important role in our understanding of your requirements whilst allowing you to determine whether our software and solutions can meet these.
First Session: Phone/web session – These can generally last up to an hour with the following agenda:
- Your current challenges particularly in relation to management information collection, consolidating, delivery and analysis
- What systems you may already have in place, or have tried and what are the shortcomings
- Your objectives, time frames and other factors to take into consideration for a successful outcome
- Ask any questions you have about Centrixe, our software, solutions and services
Subsequent Session: Based on our discussions above we can advise whether we can design a solution to meet your requirements and agree further steps, including:
- An online or onsite demonstration of Centrixe software specifically for your team
- A more in-depth analysis of your requirements for a detailed solution design and presentation
- Development of a prototype to meet your requirements
